Azur Drones only processes personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes. Azur Drones does not process such data in a manner incompatible with the purposes set out below.

All information that Azur Drones collects from users/customers may be used to:

 3. Recipients of the processing

The collected data is for Azur Drones in-house departments for and its possible subcontractors.

The data may be legally processed by Azur Drones partners.

Such cases are situations in which partners are involved in the provision of services.

They may also include processing which requires your consent.

Finally, the processed data may be forwarded to the competent authorities, at their request, in the context of court proceedings, in the context of judicial investigations and requests for information from the authorities, or in order to comply with other legal obligations.

 4. Processing of data outside the EU

The data collected may be processed outside the EU, in which case Azur Drones takes the necessary measures with its subcontractors and partners to guarantee an adequate level of protection of your data in full compliance with the applicable regulations.

If the subcontractors and partners in question are not members of the Privacy Shield agreement for the transfer of personal data to the United States of America, or are not located in a country with legislation considered to offer adequate protection, they will have signed the European Commission’s “standard contractual clauses” beforehand, or will be subject to binding internal rules approved by the authorities.

 5. Rights and terms of their exercise

Customers/users have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them.

Customers/users can request the portability of this personal data.

Customers/users also have the right to object to the processing carried out or to request its limitation.

All requests to exercise rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of two proofs of identity (national identity card issued by the French State, passport, resident permit issued by the French State or travel document issued by the French State).

A reply will be sent to the user/customer within (1) one month of receipt of the request.

If at any time, the customer/user wishes to unsubscribe and no longer receive information by e-mail or e-mail campaign, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of each information e-mail sent by Azur Drones.

Customer/user personal data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for any reason whatsoever without the customer’s/user’s consent, except if this is required to respond to a request.

Azur Drones implements a variety of measures to protect the security of the personal information it holds, including when certain operations are carried out by subcontractors.
